New class - 7/6/12

Blogs been lacking recently with various things, past 2 weeks have seen some brutal sessions!we are going to have a break from the usual Thursday classes, the warmup will always be the Burgener drills , but we will be mixing it up.. NEW CLASS ROM A) Burgener warmup B) max GTOH FAT GRIPZ or Atlas stone Shouldering C) farmers walk car park and back 10 HSPU x 5 rxd is body weight per hand (this is car park dependant) Optional happy ending..
