New class - 7/6/12
Blogs been lacking recently with various things, past 2 weeks have seen some brutal sessions!we are going to have a break from the usual Thursday classes, the warmup will always be the Burgener drills , but we will be mixing it up..
A) Burgener warmup
B) max GTOH FAT GRIPZ or Atlas stone Shouldering
C) farmers walk car park and back 10 HSPU x 5 rxd is body weight per hand (this is car park dependant)
