"Thermapole Run"
Run 1 mile
25 Pull ups
25 Deadlift (135)
25 Push ups
25 Box Jumps (20" box)
25 Knees to Elbows
25 Kettlebell Swings (50lbs)
Run 1 mile
repeat all of the above starting from pull-ups, ending with 1mile run
Notes:
3 - 1 mile runs, and 300 repetitions of stated exercises. This is a slightly sick variation on "300" which is why we are doing it. Enjoy ;)
