DL + lunge T2B. 11/5/12

ROM A) 21-15-9 k.b swings / press ups B) 3 × 1 DL C) 5 rounds for max reps: Weighted lunge, left Weighted lunge, right Toes to bar Rest as needed between rounds. Pick any lunge variation you like. Choose weight for 15-20 reps at first round.   —-
