Nothing feels quite like a good Snatch 17/2/12

A) Burgener warmup
B) Snatch. Find your 1 rep max of the day.
C) Heaving snatch balance 3 × 3 (keep the weights moderate, you don`t want to miss lifts)

D) For time:

20 x Shoulder to overhead (use 75% of 1RM jerk)
40 x Burpee
