ROM
A) 15 kb swings 10 GHSU 10 back ext x 3
B) Deadlift 3 x 5

C) Three rounds:

10 Overhead squats
10 Back squats
10 Power cleans
Rest 2 minutes Between rounds. Body Weight or scale to suit
