Skill - DU and Handstand practice

Work Capacity - Chelsea

on the min perform

5 pullups
10 pressups
15 squats

with the remainder of the min to rest

for 30mins

if you get caught still(still squating etc) when the next min beeps perform 400m run then continue on the next min
