Ballistic warmup

400m run
50 body rows - 25 ea
50 body jumps - 25 ea
100 strecther thrusters - face each other oly bar on shoulders
50 situps - 95lb bar held in crook of elbows, sit side by side
5 fireman carry sprints each
5 zeltcher carry sprints each
10 gi janes
50 halos - 16kg KB
50 20lb med ball situps each, sit opposite each other, throw med ball to each other
