"Cindy" - WoD - 30/3/09

Return of the re-test, girl number 1

"Cindy"

5 pullups
10 pressups
15 squats

A.M.R.A.P 20mins

clients are booked in over a 2.5 hour period, there will be scaled cindy on the power racks at 6pm and 7pm

Strict form is to be adhered to ie chin over bar and full ext of arm on pullups, chest touching floor and elbows locked on pressups, hip to be below knee on squats

Hello Crossfit Fife!!!!
I've been doing Crossfit Regina (in Canada) for just over a year now. I've become buddies over the net with someone from Scotland whom I think I've convinced to come visit you! It was said your affiliate was the closest, and you would be getting a newbie soon...so, I thought I'd drop in and see how things are in your neck of the woods!

All is...getting better...here in Canada. I happen to live in the praries,and our winter this year has been long and harsh! I'm still looking at layers of snow out my window! Can't wait for the above zero temps so I can get outside for some running!
I look forward to keeping up with you all...the Crossfit community is a wonderful family! Come check our site whenever you can..we have a blast online!
