5 burpees - 5 pull ups
5 burpees - 5 pull ups
12 burpees - 12 - pull ups

pressup x 6
squat x 9

Complete the above circuit as many times as you can in 3mins, rest 1 min, repeat for a total of 5 rounds - 15 mins work 4 mins rest in total...
