press - push - jerk

Ballistic warmup

sport specific warmup up

then 9 sets of the following

3 standing press (strict)
4 push press
5 push jerk


Increase the weight each set, eventually the standing press weight will stop and the push press/jerk will increase, then the push press will stop increasing and the push jerk will increase scale load and sets to suit
