Clubs - Mountain Climbers-(sprinter stance then swap feet bringing knee past elbow ie s/thrust)
Spades - Flutter kicks - (4 cout 1 rep)
Diamonds - Sit ups
Jokers - 400m run
Face cards - 10 reps
Aces - 10 reps
number cards - corresponding reps ie 4 hearts = 4 burpees
