A) 30-20-10 wallball/ k.b swing

B) 1-Power clean 5 × 3
2-Push jerk 3 × 1

C) Three rounds:

Hang squat clean thrusters (115/75 lbs), max reps in 1 minute
Double-unders, max reps in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute Between rounds.
