Thrusters and a heavy complex 12/3/12

ROM
A) 21-15-9 wall balls/15-12-9 burpees

B)Thruster 3 × 3

C)3 rounds for time of:

3 deadlifts
3 Hang squat cleans
3 push presses
3 Front squats
200 m Run

Use 2/3 of 1RM clean for the weight, or choose a challenging weight , as a clue it shouldn't be the same weight as Fran..
