A) broomstick OHS x 30 + Burgener warmup
B) 1 - 3 position snatch x 5 ( floor, below knee, pockets)
2 - Hang snatch pull 3 x 5 use 80% 1RM snatch

C) 7 x dbl KB CnJ 24/16/12
14 x DH pull ups / ring rows
