PERFORM TRIPLET a TWICE AT 30sec PER EXERCISE GIVING A 3 MIN ROUND REST 90 SEC MOVE TO b THEN c THEN BACK TO a THEN b THEN c, COMPLETING THE CIRCUIT TWICE, ALWAYS WITH 90 SEC REST BETWEEN TRIPLETS - GO AS HARD AS YOU CAN FOR THE 3 MINS, LET THE HEART RATE COME BACK DOWN IN THE 90SEC
this was last nights K.B workout and we programmed it in, as they go on all the time how hard the "Bells" are ......;-)
