Ballistic warmup

running complex

DEADLIFT
UP RIGHT ROW
SQUAT CLEAN
FRONT SQUAT
PUSH PRESS
BACK SQUAT

Six reps of each exercise

then 400m run

add 10lbs to each set - total 4 sets

75 - 85 - 95- 105lb
