Ballistic warmup

WARMUP/SKILL - 50 K.B swings, 25 one handed swings each arm, 15 snatches each arm



Body weight bench press

x 5

The couplet are to be performed to failure and as a superset ie - max reps of bench(till your spotter has to assist it off you) then straight onto the pullup bar till you let go, letting go off the bar terminates the set
