Ballistic warmup
got this WoD from Leon and Kempie from CossFit North East
as you know by now, rule of thumb if it looks easy...
400m flat out run
then
15 kb swings 16kg
15 thrusters oly bar
15 pullups
the 3 exercises are performed for 3 rounds, as quick as you can move from one station to the next
very fast WoD, very intense cheers guys
