Ballistic warmup

Strength - Deadlift

Finisher - G.P.P

burpees
jumping jacks
High knees
split jumps



High kness are performed with a 5lb disc in each hand, as you bring your left knee up, you punch the air with your right arm, right knee left arm ....


perform 30secs of each exercise 5 rounds no rest
