20-25-30-35-40-45, Kettlebell Swings (m:24kg,wmen:16kg)

In this workout you complete 30 burpees then 20 kettlebell swings, 25 burpees then 25 kettlebell swings finishing with 5 burpees and 45 kettlebell swings.
