Ballistic warmup

then 5 power snatch(barbell)
5 burpees
10 K.B swings

A.M.R.A.P x 20mins

pm did

400 m run
bottom to bottom squats
400m run
K.B swings
400m run
pressups
400m run
box jumps
400m run
burpees
400m run

all exercises, apart from 400m runs, were performed at tabata intervals
