That was pretty tough, 31 Min 05Sec with jumping pull ups and a MASSIVE lump on my head !!
2nd workout - 4 x 800m rows average 2min52 secs this was sore work after this morning but we can only get better!!!
Very very tough tonight! Sunday scooping does not help tho! ;-0

28 mins 16 secs, delighted with that time as I was aiming for under 30 mins!!Murray, my Mrs said you were a quivering wreck in the corner, when she arrived for kettle bell, after Barbara had had her way with you!!
i certainly was a quivering wreck. had to stay behind for a while until i was fit to drive home! all that effort and a slower time than when i last did the barabara - thats the lesson for neglecting to eat for a whole day then tring to do 700 reps in total!!!
