This Weekend we had Big Davy from CrossFit Central Scotland, Miles and Christine from CrossFit West-Sussex Julie and Malky from Inverness and Spider in for a session we done the Dotty,
1 x 400m run
5 x pull ups
10 x press ups
15 squats
you perform the run
then 5 rounds of Cindy
and repeat the complex 4 times totalling 1 mile run and 20 rounds of "Cindy" with 20lb of sand in a rucksack
above is a collage, It was good to meet everyone and a good time was had by all, well i think..
