Ballistic warmup

10 decline pressups-5 burpees
8 decline pressups-5 burpees
6 decline pressups-5 burpees
4 decline pressups-5 burpees
2 decline pressups-5 burpees
2 burpees

then bench press

the press ups are a good way of warming up the chest, and the burpees..well everyone loves burpees, beside the fact that is was day 27 of the burpee challenge

the bench press increases weight each set or untill the weight plateau's
