Ballistic warmup
then
run 400m
then perform the following circuit 5 times
5 x pull ups
10 x press ups
15 x squats
x 3 rounds
note 1 round is 400m run 25 pullups, 50 press ups, 75 squats
we performed this wearing a 20lb rucksack this morning, scale load and reps to suit
tonights classes are 6-7pm CrossFit 7-8pm KettleBell
