This week has seen us working out in our new location working around the paint tins and plasterboard, but we couldnt wait to get a feel for the place.. on track we got the rubber mats today

dead hang pull up
pyramid to 15
ie 1 shoulder press 1 pull up, 2 shoulder press 2 pull ups...........14, 15 ouch!
