sledge hammer swings onto tyre alternate grip after 5 swings continuous for 10 mins
2 x Kettle bell snatches per arm then 6 burpees continuous for 10 mins
heavy punches on punch bag for 5 mins - firemans carries for 5 mins
30 mins total
