densisty day 2 - W.O.D 26/07/08

Nightmare part 1 over, managed to get power racks from another supplier which turn out to be a better model

Liked it so much last week with a core workout ant the end

Modified density day ala Ross Enamait

3 stations

sledge hammer swings onto tyre alternate grip after 5 swings continuous for 10 mins

2 x Kettle bell snatches per arm then 6 burpees continuous for 10 mins

heavy punches on punch bag for 5 mins - GHSU - 1min, Ab mat sit ups-1min, Flutter kicks - 1min, back ext - 1min, knees to elbows - 1min
