Ballistic warmup and stretch
then 50 - 35 - 20 reps of the following circuit
push press - 65 pound
situps - ab mat
pullups
SDHP - sumo dead lift high pull - 65 pound
box jumps
after each round ie 50 reps of the above you run 400m,
then 35 reps of the above then 400m
then 20 reps 400m
this is an a** kicker
