jerking burpees - WoD - 15/6/10

Ballistic warmup


Strength/technique - Clean and Jerk
1-1-1-1-1

Work - 185lb from shoulder to over head x 20
burpees x 40

bar must be taken from the ground to "rack" and taken from rack to over head 20 times, if you can do this with out putting the bar down , then the bar only needs to come off the ground once

scale to suit
