Sat Sesh - WoD - 16/1/10

Ballistic warmup

WoD

50 burpees
100 weighted box step ups (25lb) rucksack
50 curtis P
100 weighted box step ups
50 burpees


Note - Curtis P is a barbell complex Clean or Power clean, racked lunge left then right, push press = 1 rep - 45kg

as with all our burpees they are 6 count, 1 squat down 2 squat thrust 3 pressup down position 4 pressup top position 5 squat thrust in 6 jump as high as you can
