"Grip" - WoD - 18/3/09

Grip

Ballistic warmup

400m run
K.B swings to warmup

then

10 pullups
10 burpees
20 SDHP-KB swing

A.M.R.A.P 30 mins

sdhp-kb swing - perform a SDHP then push the K.B back between legs before snapping hips to perform a swing this 2 part complex counts as 1 repetition
