no phone line!!

I Chopped through my phone line and have no access, apart from remote, untill BT get there finger out

then

Wedensday

C.F.F warmup x 2

21-15-9
thrusters 95lb
burpees
box jumps
400m run
run after 21 then 15 then 9 1200m in total
