saw the first experimental K.B workshop, this alows you to learn the movements required to perform the exercises correctly, the clients learnt the following K.B moves, 1 and 2 hand swing, swing curl press, deadlift - highpull, clean, clean and squat, clean and press, lunge, TGU and the windmill, we finished off with two mini circuits combining some of the above exercises, Well done to Leeza, Suzie, Nicky, Gordon and John
