PAINSTORM!! - W.O.D - 9/8/08

Thanks to Mikee from Dundee he reminded me that it was Painstorm weekend, this workout was devised by Karl from crossFit Manchester and Jeff from crossFit brand X

5 x Deadlift
5 x Hang Squat Cleans
5 x Push press
5 x Front Squat
400m run

5 rounds lifts are done at 3/4 body weight or subbed to suit

then

5 x pullups
10 x pressups(we did ring pressups)
15 x squats
400m run

5 rounds

thanks to the lovely weather were having we had to sub the runs for 400m rows, which wasnt very nice

myself, Raymond, Jen and Neill took part at 730am we then had another Painstorm class @ 9 which was attended by Brian, Murph, Murray, John, Ross and Scotty thanks to everyone who attended and dug in, as there quite a few for this session, and it was still raining, we alternated it with 400m rows and 40 K.B swings...
